I just wanted to thank you and all those who took part in Thursday's group.  I've now  had 3 nights of cough-free sleep, my energy levels are increasing and the sun has not only shining outside but inside me as well.  I'm being gentle with myself and listening to my body but I went out to the shops on my bike for the first time in ages yesterday  - such a joy.
