What I love about EFT? My story, my passion, my vision:
It took me 8 (of 26 that I have been using EFT) years, but I did it. I published an EFT and Integrative Therapies book called --

Tapping the Mighty Mind: Simple Solutions for Stress, Conflict and Pain
(available on amazon.com & amazon.co.uk 2018.)

What I love about EFT is its strength to quickly collapse immediate and long-standing difficulties & pain. I often get asked to treat a stuck client which I and EFT do easily and gracefully. I know nothing better than EFT for the anxiety spectrum - from simple phobia, generalized anxiety, panic, social anxiety to recent and long-standing trauma and stress reactions! I am a different person from when I first learned EFT by treated my own generalized anxiety disorder and serious public speaking phobia. I am now addicted to presenting EFT workshops, the very thing I feared the most.

I am credentialed as a DCEP from ACEP, AAMET Certified Master EFT Trainer, and Licensed Clinical Social Worker, which in the US means I am a licensed mental health professional. I have been using EFT/TFT for 23 years. Began in a 9 year monthly supervision group. Took John Diepold's TFT workshop 1 & 2, Evolving Thought Field Therapy Beginning and Advanced and Heart Assisted Therapy Beginning and Advanced. Just took a one day with Asha Clinton, Ph.D on AIT. Taught Gary Craig's EFT level 1 and 2 for years with CEU's for NJ Social Workers and Licensed mental health professionals. Now speak national and just a little bit internationally on EFT and use it successfully with 15 -20 clients a week. Published research this year on a meridian method.
About my Practice:
I train psychotherapists how to bring EFT into their practice nationally in the USA via Pesi training organization.

I practice EFT in the office, previously for 14 years at a Regional Trauma Hospital as an EAP Counselor with the staff, in workshops at the hospital. I have these past 2 years moved into working with EFT for pain because I am worried about the horrible Opioid Epidemic often begun because of pain. I see EFT for pain as preventative and also as a promise on how to manage pain without opioids.

My strength is in all psychological issue and EFT. I simplify how people explain EFT to speak the language of counseling. I call it a desensitizing method that interrupt the upsetting thought, emotion or physical reaction.

I am a USA licensed mental health professional in New Jersey using EFT for 23 years in private practice and with staff in a Regional Trauma Hospital. I have trained extensively for 23 years in this. Able to work with you via zoom or facetime, too.

My goal is to teach others how to apply EFT for themselves, their families and their clients. My workshops are approved for Continuing Education Units for USA Social Workers and AAMET EFT Levels 1, 2 and 3.
Other therapies I use alongside EFT:
I am a licensed psychotherapist that uses EFT almost every session, but also use other meridian based therapies including TFT, and HAT. I include a bit of Energy Medicine too. And the tricks of normal therapy - active listening, problem solving, CBT, Neuolinquistic programming and lots of common sense. I researched the Brief Energy Correction.
How I use EFT:
  • Self Help
  • Friends and Family
  • Volunteer for Charity or Agency
  • Private Practice EFT and other therapies
  • Business
  • Sports or Performance
  • Other
