What I love about EFT? My story, my passion, my vision:
It took me 8 (of 26 that I have been using EFT) years, but I did it. I published an EFT and Integrative Therapies book called --
Tapping the Mighty Mind: Simple Solutions for Stress, Conflict and Pain
(available on amazon.com & amazon.co.uk 2018.)
What I love about EFT is its strength to quickly collapse immediate and long-standing difficulties & pain. I often get asked to treat a stuck client which I and EFT do easily and gracefully. I know nothing better than EFT for the anxiety spectrum - from simple phobia, generalized anxiety, panic, social anxiety to recent and long-standing trauma and stress reactions! I am a different person from when I first learned EFT by treated my own generalized anxiety disorder and serious public speaking phobia. I am now addicted to presenting EFT workshops, the very thing I feared the most.
I am credentialed as a DCEP from ACEP, AAMET Certified Master EFT Trainer, and Licensed Clinical Social Worker, which in the US means I am a licensed mental health professional. I have been using EFT/TFT for 23 years. Began in a 9 year monthly supervision group. Took John Diepold's TFT workshop 1 & 2, Evolving Thought Field Therapy Beginning and Advanced and Heart Assisted Therapy Beginning and Advanced. Just took a one day with Asha Clinton, Ph.D on AIT. Taught Gary Craig's EFT level 1 and 2 for years with CEU's for NJ Social Workers and Licensed mental health professionals. Now speak national and just a little bit internationally on EFT and use it successfully with 15 -20 clients a week. Published research this year on a meridian method.
