Peer Support by and for EFT Guild MembersBluebell Clusters are peer support groups: either closed groups that meet regularly throughout the year, or open one-off groups with a facilitator. Cluster meetings are a non-heirarchical, confidential and non-judgemental space for mutual sharing. The intention is to support each other to grow both personally and professionally. Bluebell Clusters are not a substitute for mentoring just as Daisy Chains are not a substitute for therapy. You can join both a daisy chain and a bluebell clusters, or just sign up for one-off open bluebell clusters. Members need to be open minded and as willing to listen as to talk. When there are differences of opinion it may be necessary, and after discussion, to agree to disagree. If the group are not able to provide resolution on an issue you should consider paid mentoring with an experienced trainer or mentor. See EFT Mentors page if you would like to join a closed Bluebell Cluster please Read/Accept/Submit the Bluebell Agreement. We will endeavour to match you to a suitable group. Closed Bluebell ClustersClosed Clusters have a defined membership and meet regularly at agreed intervals. The group size is agreed by its members - between four and eight is suggested. Clusters may have a joining requirement such as 'more than five years experience' or 'working with young people' or 'counsellors who tap'. Or a timezone region. A coordinator agrees dates and get them listed. Members commit to making every effort to attend and to reading and responding to emails or however the group decides to communicate. The Guild will keep a list of cluster membership and assist coordinators in filling open places through a Bluebell Cluster Waiting Room Bluebell Closed Clusters can have a private page on the Guild site (not be visible to other members) with a facility for sharing links to resources. Meeting dates and member profiles can be displayed on the page. | Open Bluebell ClustersOpen clusters are hosted by a facilitator, who decides the group size and session duration. All Guild members can join these meetings on a one-off basis. Hosting a peer support open cluster meeting is a great way to gain experience and build confidence in hosting and facilitating discussion groups. This is peer support and you should not expect the facilitator to have all the answers. Open Cluster meetings are listed on the Events Calendar, the facilitator can use the form on the Presenters page to submit for listing. The Guild will then send booking and reminder emails.
