Self-Compassion EFT Retreat
At Parcevall Hall in the Yorkshire Dales.
£345 includes single room accommodation and all meals.
We all respond better to compassion and kindness than we do to criticism and contempt. But its so much easier to be compassionate towards other people , especially our clients, than it is to our selves. Criticise yourself and you will criticise those you love. Research shows that criticism and contempt are toxic to relationships. You were not born self critical; its a learned behaviour that becomes habitual. And that which is learned can be unlearned.
Gwyneth says: since my presentation on the EFT Self-Compassion technique at the EFT Gathering I have had requests for more teaching of this delightful process for self-relationship. This retreat is designed to teach the technique and for you to clear the learning of self criticism and develop self compassion and kindness.
Gwyneth's 2015 Gathering presentation is in the resource library

Workshop Format
We arrive at 4pm on the first day and have a session to spend time getting to know each other. What has brought us to this retreat and what do we hope to take away. After a delicious Parcevall Hall dinner we relax and talk EFT.
We have four sessions on the second day and three on the third. Our timetable, what we do when and how we progress depends on group needs and what emerges. The workshop is highly flexible
