Come together to support each other in weighing less and creating healthy, fit, vital bodies; and loving and accepting ourselves as we currently are.
T - Tapping
A - Accountability
P - Plan
Each person will come up with a plan that's right for them. (More on this in week one. Your plan could be as simple as being more mindful or chewing slowly, or counting calories, or following another plan that has worked for you.) We will each have an accountability buddy that we email regularly. And we will Tap!

Eating Habits
Cravings
Past Successes and Failures
Emotional Eating
Exercise
Limiting Beliefs
This will not be a discussion group for recipe ideas or which food plan is best, so we will be keeping the discussion of actual food choices to a minimum, and focusing on our mindset and emotional willingness to carry out what we choose.
