Join us for a cozy Silent Book Club session! Did you know that reading silently can ease muscle tension and slow down our heart rate?*
Bring any book you’re currently reading (or have been meaning to start reading!), settle in, and enjoy 30 minutes of quiet reading together. Afterwards, we’ll share thoughts, discoveries, and conversations sparked by our books.
The format: after 30 minutes of reading individually, in small groups, each person will have about five minutes to share: what book you’re reading, why you chose it, and your main takeaway so far. After that, we’ll open up the conversation for about 10 minutes, where we can respond to each other’s thoughts and enjoy the dialogue. Finally, we’ll close with a quick reflection from everyone before wrapping up.
