90 minutes of group mentoring where everything EFT is welcome.
We'll start with a here-and-now excercise to create focus and an open and relaxed atmosphere (skills you can use in your client work). Then we'll discuss whatever you and the other participants bring. There will be time for reflection and sharing, and I'll bring my knowledge and experience of having tapped for 20 years and been an EFT Trainer for 14 years.
The more I learn about EFT and how to use it in my client and group work, the more I realize how much more there is to learn! It's an endlessly fascinating subject. My client work has mainly been centered around fear of public speaking, self esteem, cancer support, sleep issues. In sessions I work slowly and let the body take center stage, influenced by Polyvagal Theory and nervous system regulation. Incorporating art, poetry and movement in EFT is also very close to my heart.
