Deborah says: I find mentoring invaluable: it can bring a new perspective and guard against complacency and routine. As practitioners, we owe it to ourselves and our clients to be the best that we possibly can; we need to talk about our work and share our experiences in a safe and confidential space. With 15 years’ experience as a trainer and mentor, my aim is to create a relaxed atmosphere in which you feel free to share your successes and discuss your most difficult cases – and learn from the experience of your peers.
For this reason, I limit my groups to six people and encourage everyone to e-mail their personal needs prior to each session to derive maximum benefit.
